Geofix ("we", "our", or "the service") is operated by SatoriAI Labs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. By using Geofix, you agree to the practices described below.

Account Information

• Name, email address, and profile picture — obtained via Google OAuth and used solely to identify your account.
• We never ask for or store passwords; authentication is handled entirely by Google.

Analysis Data

• URLs you submit for analysis and the publicly accessible content retrieved from those pages.
• Analysis reports generated for your account, retained so you can revisit them at any time.

Payment Information

• All payments are processed by NewebPay, a PCI DSS–compliant payment provider.
• We receive only a transaction reference and the status of your purchase — we never store credit card numbers or CVV codes.

Technical Data

• IP address, browser type, and timestamps of requests — used only for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service diagnostics.

• To provide GEO analysis, generate reports, and deliver the features you request.
• To improve the quality, accuracy, and performance of our service.
• To communicate important account or service updates.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

We rely on the following providers to operate the service. Each is bound by its own privacy policy:

• Google OAuth — account authentication.
• Supabase — secure database and storage.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI analysis; only the content of the URLs you submit is sent for processing.
• Perplexity API — AI citation checks.
• NewebPay — payment processing.

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Analysis reports are kept so that paid users retain lifetime access to reports they have purchased.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

• All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS).
• Database access is restricted through role-based authentication and row-level security policies.
• Payment data is handled exclusively by NewebPay and never touches our servers.
• We limit employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your analysis reports in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time; note that this may limit or prevent further use of the service.

Geofix uses only strictly necessary cookies to maintain your signed-in session and security tokens. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Geofix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the website. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
