To maintain service quality and system stability, each feature has a daily usage cap:

Paid Users

• Account data: name, email, and profile picture via Google OAuth (used for identification only)
• Analysis data: URLs you submit and their publicly accessible content
• Payment data: processed securely by NewebPay (zh-TW) — we never store card numbers

Data Protection

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payments are handled by NewebPay, which is PCI DSS compliant. You may request account and data deletion at any time by contacting us.

Geofix is a digital content service. Once payment is completed, the full analysis report is immediately delivered.

• If a technical error prevents you from accessing a paid report, contact support for resolution or a full refund

• If a technical issue prevents report delivery after payment, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days
